our primary functions and concerns. Designated Client Storage Areas We reserve specific areas for your account and keep your materials together no matter when they are checked in. This makes audits much easier to perform without the need to visit hundreds of locations within a given storage facility. Reasonable Access & Re-file Charges Just 86 cents per item. Reasonable Removal Charges Just our standard $2.50 per item charge. No added "Pull" charges. No Evergreen Clauses Our customers can terminate at anytime with just 30 days notice instead of waiting for the next renewal term window, which can be up to a year in the future. We believe that customers should not have to remember a specific date thirty days prior to the renewal date of a contract. Your freedom to act should not be impaired by a commitment to pay out a lengthy contract. Low Employee Turnover Rate Low employee turnover assures very consistent quality customer service.
