A variety of computerized inventory reports for customers are provided as often as needed and free of charge. Customers with a valid log in and password are able to view inventory, generate reports and place orders on-line over the Internet through a secure web portal. The first and most popular with our clients is our cold vaults that are kept at a constant 45 degrees Fahrenheit, 25% Relative Humidity. The second option is subzero freezing where your film is literally frozen at minus 17 degrees Fahrenheit. Pacific Title Archives maintains separately vented, environmentally controlled storage areas for acetate based motion picture films that may have been affected by vinegar syndrome.
